Aims to reduce the harm from alcohol and drug use as well as improve the health and wellbeing of clients, their families and the community.

Provides free counselling support services for individuals and families.

HEALTHY MINDS

A support program for adults aged 18 and over who are living with severe, persistent, or episodic mental illness. Designed to foster long-term wellbeing with one on one services, peer support and access to groups that promote improved mental health and encourage life skills and social connections.

YOUTH SUPPORT SERVICE

A support program that aims to assist young people aged 10-21 to improve their capacity, develop independent living skills and improve their overall health and wellbeing. 

FINANCIAL RESILIENCE

A support program for adults who are experiencing financial issues including those resulting from natural disaster. This program supports participants to take control of their finances and improve their health and wellbeing.

WARMLINE

A phone service for people who are at risk or have recently attempted suicide in the Central Highlands area. This service provides regular phone contact and support with qualified mental health facilitators.

CQ Rural Health

Provides low-intensity psychological therapies, NDIS-funded services, and private consultations.

LOW INTENSITY PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPIES (LIPT) FUNDED SERVICES

This free and confidential service is tailored to meet the individuals' needs. The funding is designed to ensure that people can access the most appropriate service and is available for anyone with life stress or a need for low intensity service as well as those with severe and persistent mental illness.

NDIS

CQRH are able to provide mental health services through the NDIS if you are Plan Managed or Self Managed and if the plan includes "Improved Daily Living Skills" and psychology services align with your goal. 

PRIVATE FEE

CQRH offer a private service via a self referral or GP referral. Private Health Rebates may be available. Please contact your provider to find out if you are eligible. 

WORKCOVER

CQRH are an approved Workcover provider. If you require services, contact their offices to discuss how they can support you. 

Gladstone Women's Health 

BILOELA

Provides free counselling for women impacted by domestic and family violence, and sexual assault.

DOMESTIC & FAMILY VIOLENCE COUNSELLING 

This free and confidential service provides counselling in Biloela to women, men and children who have experienced Domestic Violence. The service also provides court support to the aggrieved, and support to access other assistance during and after a domestic violence relationship.

COURT ADVOCACY & SUPPORT PROGRAM

CASP is available for domestic and family violence matters as well as sexual assault matters for aggrieved females and males, including respondent females and males (with preference to aggrieved persons)

Banana Shire Support Centre

Provides crisis accommodation, emergency relief, and the NILS scheme for individuals and families in need.

CRISIS ACCOMODATION

Provides crisis accommodation in Biloela for homeless individuals and families. Service users are supported in moving on to independent living where possible, or to accommodation with higher levels of support if necessary.

EMERGENCY RELIEF

Provides assistance to adults experiencing personal, family, relationship and/or financial hardship. Support includes but is not limited to food parcels, food vouchers and payments to third parties.

NO INTEREST LOANS SCHEME (NILS)

This program is aimed to assist people on low incomes the chance to purchase essential items through a loan with no interest.
